I'm excited to be joining the chefs' of the two wonderful Chef Central stores for their Feast of the Seven Fishes demos. The following evening, Friday, December 19th, I'll be at the Paramus, NJ location (201)576-0100. for the second year in a row, watching Chef Jim Edwards work his magic on the Feast. These stores have to be seen to be believed, and the cooking demos are outstanding. They very clearly demonstrate how to prepare dishes and are not shy with the samples.
